Proof Gastropub - Kennewick

This was a great little restaurant, but it's a bit small. We were stuck smack-dab in the middle, which I have a hard time with. The atmosphere is really nice, but it's almost confusing whether it's fancy or casual. There are crystal chandeliers, but most people are dressed very casually. My huckleberry mule didn't have much huckleberry flavor, and it was 80% ice. The burgers are yummy. Guacamole chips and dip could have more guacamole.

Giving 5 stars, but..... the price for a small well drink was 14 dollars well above the average price for well drinks. food was good service and atmosphere was great would recommend as long as you avoid the well drink selection.Food: 5/5

Food is average, beer selection is limited and all are a bit overly priced. They closed at 8.30 pm on a Saturday night, which was odd.

Love this place and just found out I can double the steak on the salad! Steak salad is always on point. The service is great and friendly. It just takes a while to get food sometimes, so if you're in a rush, let them know or wait for another time to go. I think in total we were there for about two hours.Food: 5/5

It's been several years since our last visit, this time came for dinner with friends. It was a Saturday night, but the place was not that busy. Got a high table in a few minutes so that was great. The place offers a good view with all the windows. We ordered the Proof burger, came with a nice sauce and amazing onion jam. Also got the honey pecan shrimp salad bowl [amazing flavor lots of prawns, edamame, spring mix, candied pecan, mandarin oranges, roasted red bell peppers]. Explosion of goodness and portion was large that half of it was packed home for a nice light lunch the next day. The hand held diablo shrimp tacos! Wow, 3 of them with chips. A bit messy but totally worth the effort. Got a couple of light beers, good selection. We had a wonderful time. Good service.
