The Stone Barn - KENNETT SQUARE

The servers were incredibly friendly; I couldn't have asked for better service! The food was served fresh and hot. The Butternut Squash Bisque was fantastic, and both the Eggplant and Mushroom Rollatini and the Delmonico Steak were delicious! This has become our new favorite restaurant! Kudos to the chef, the staff, and the wonderful atmosphere!

I will begin with the positives; the terrain is beautiful and well maintained. The food is fantastic! But the customer service at the Hostess check-in was not so good. It upsets us so much that we almost went, but after talking to the MOD, I'm glad we're holding it out! The outdoor seating area is beautiful; next time make your reservation, make sure to choose outside!

Food was delicious and atmosphere picturesque. Only drawback is that the kitchen was extremely slow... great for a Sunday cozy morning and Sunday brunch but should have ordered on the noon side after a 1/2 hour waiting for the omelet.

Party of 8 had no complaints about any meal. Good portions served in time. Open barn with large wooden beams. Beautiful scenery go there.

The food was both beautiful and delicious. Even the bread and butter served before the meal were excellent. The service was outstanding, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. My only critique would be regarding the fried mushrooms; the sauce was quite bland and lacked flavor. I found myself wishing for a bit of spiciness or zest, but it was missing. On the other hand, the duck confit tacos were fantastic, as was the butternut squash ravioli.
