フィードバックを提供するThis is my favorite place to grab Starbucks since it’s conveniently located right off the highway before I head to work! I definitely recommend stopping by; the staff is knowledgeable and friendly! I've always had a great experience here!
It was just alright. The place felt disorganized, and their method for making drinks and orders seemed a bit strange. We ordered two hot drinks at the same time, but they were prepared ten minutes apart, and several customers who arrived after us received their drinks before we did. As for the bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich, it came without the bacon, but they handled the replacement quite well.
The double chocolate chip Frappuccino with whipped cream is simply the best! My kids and I absolutely love it. It’s a perfect treat for summer, with its delightful combination of crushed ice and rich chocolate flavors. It's truly amazing!
I’m upset bc this morning I finally asked the girl at the main location I frequent (right off exit 7) if she could “actually measure out” the 4 shots of espresso instead of free pour bc i ALWAYS get a smaller amount at the bells ferry location. She explained there’s no free pouring and that a machine automatically does it. Your location has been ripping me off for literal years! Employees are great but it sucks to know I’ve been scammed for so long. : I know 100% for a fact I’ve been getting one and two shots when I ask for 4. I won’t come back to this location. Be weary of ur ordering shots of espresso from this location! Either their machine needs to be fixed or the employees need a good talking to about giving people what they pay for.
My kids and I walk in… 4 women chatting with their back to the counter. Cool beans I’m all for workplace friends and whatever HOWEVER when a customer walks up PROPER protocol should be to attend to the customer. The girls continue to talk for about 3 mins while we standing at the register. I said “good morning” loudly and they all looked as if I was inconveniencing them. Then the girl who rang us up didn’t ask for names- which isn’t a big deal but it looks real distasteful for other names to be called and then we get called by our drink. I’m real big on customer service and this was NOT it for me.
