フィードバックを提供する10 employees behind the counter and not one could be harassed to recognize my existence for a refill. Some made direct eye contact with me and would just continue to do whatever. A girl, very short with glasses, played only on her Apple Watch and went constantly into and out of the kitchen. This is the only Chick-fil-A where I constantly have problems, not to mention my food was completely cold.
I placed a complex drive thru order for an office lunch meeting. After arriving to the store about ten minutes later there was an issue with the online ordering service. This location's team members and management helped correct all of the issues and provided great service.
Sara screwed up my order. Gave me 1 spicy and 1 not spicy. Check receipt. Refusal of refund when I called.
This was my first time at this location. I missed ordering at the standalone kiosk so the staff accompanied me at the window. I ordered a breakfast bowl, orange juice and Greek yogurt for $11+. I feel I was punished like a child for not ordering at the kiosk. The food in the breakfast bowl barely covered the bottom. I did not enjoy the fried chicken pieces. If I had the choice, I would have ordered the eggs and hashbrown. In fairness to the restaurant, my favorite is the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich with Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. After ordering a fried chicken sandwich years ago, I have never ordered it again.
Stopped here for lunch on our travels. Fast service, friendly staff and a clean environment. I want to thank the staff for their assistance and patience helping us find my wife?s purse.
