フィードバックを提供するI visited New Orleans and stayed in a hotel for the weekend. On Friday night, I went to this Sonic, but I was told it would be a 17-minute wait before they were taking more orders. After about 15 minutes, I still hadn't placed my order. When I inquired about it, a man came on the speaker and informed me that they were closed. I wanted to address the situation the next day, but when I returned on Saturday and pressed the button, I waited for about 30 minutes without any response.
I waited over five minutes for someone to respond. When they finally did, I was told it would be 17 minutes before they could take our order. Meanwhile, I noticed that other vehicles that arrived after us were already getting their orders. It seemed like the lady had turned off our red button, so we ended up waiting even longer for someone to answer it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!
I and my friend went to get food ,had 3 online orders, we waited for our food for from 20 min each standing around outside talking and vaping then a lady brings one of our drinks then 5 min later someone brings my food and drink without straw and then 10 min later my friend gets her food, but no drink. This sound sucks no one knows how to do his job
The location was extremely packed, but it did not help that almost half of the rooms were glued with caution tape. Waited very long. Press the button to place order and wait until it cut off itself and no one ever answers. My husband went to the door and someone finally took our order. It didn't take long to get our order, so it wasn't sure if it went on.
7:05p on a Saturday. Sat there for five minutes to decide what we wanted, pushed the red button. Sorry, we 're closed! Seriously, Sonic? Do better!
