Smoothie King - Kenner

This isn’t a reflection on the staff, but rather on the company itself. This location needs more support. There was one woman who was managing orders and drinks for over 20 people waiting in line. She did an incredible job, but it was clearly overwhelming for her.

I waited 45 minutes for an item, and the staff was completely disorganized, which made me late for my flight. This company is an absolute disaster. I wouldn’t recommend coming here while at the airport.

I had an early morning flight and went to the café expecting to order a smoothie, but they didn't open until later. When I asked about ordering a smoothie, a rude employee informed me that they couldn't make any until 3:00 PM. When I inquired further out of curiosity, the employee gave me a blank stare as if I was inconveniencing them. It’s disappointing that they are open when they have nothing to offer customers.

I don't like writing negative reviews, it really needs to be earned. The staff here is very slow and works very unchalant. They are located in an airport so many people are crunchy in a time, but I saw them stop many times just talking and gossip. 4 employees stopped what they did, stopped to shake, command stop, wash everything to talk and laugh for at least 2-3 minutes before they went back to work. While 8 customers stood there waiting for their shaking. Bad management in this place!

Delicious as always. The map didn't originally show one on this concourse but there is one. You can add the enhancers and they had my typical power punch plus. They were super fast and the quality is what I am used to with other smoothie Kings
