Hilton New Orleans Airport - Kenner

Damielle was amazing at check out greeted me to a huge smile that actually turned my day around. Checked me in very fast and tossed in a complimentary cocktail for the horrible day I encountered thanks Damielle keep up that great spirit

My plane was not due to arrive until midnight so I changed my flight and booked this hotel. There is a 24 hour shuttle that I took to the hotel and I was greeted by a very nice employee who gave me some free toothpaste. The room was lovely, clean, and quiet with very nice sheets and bed linens. I was able to catch 7 hours of sleep before I had to take the shuttle back to the airport at 3:45 am and it was there on time. Thanks for a great experience.

Although a little further from the airport than I originally thought, and our room was just okay, THE STAFF here (particularly BRIDGET, Ronnie and ROSEY) was exceptional. Since we arrived close to midnight for our Cousin’s Trip in NOLA, I decided to fly in early and get a jump start on our travel. I only booked a room for one night but between assuring I got my Hilton Honors Rewards to ensuring we had every thing we needed Rosey made my 1-night stay worth it! When they say, “you always remember the way someone makes you feel”-its true. Rosey at the front desk made us feel truly welcomed.

I had a 5am flight and hence booked Hilton for one night. I had checked that they had an airport shuttle and I was told it runs every 15 min all 24 hours. So imagine my shock when I check out a little after 2am and I’m told that there is no airport transfer between 2am and 3.30am and the daytime receptionist was not aware of this change. Disappointed I struggled to book an Uber, when Jazzie from the reception went above and beyond her duty to organise the shuttle and Derrick to drive me to the airport. Thank you so much Jazzie, Cleveland and Derrick for the late night run. That’s what makes Hilton the BEST.

My experience at Hilton Airport was superior! I really enjoyed the front desk agent Jazzie. She was extremely helpful and welcoming. Rosey the manager was amazing and also very helpful. These ladies provide awesome customer service! I will be staying here every time I visit New Orleans! Also I must thank my sister Gloria Collins, for allowing me to utilize family and friends. Thanks again Mr. Collins
