フィードバックを提供するChris Salomone should be embarrassed. This establishment profits significantly from the community, yet they never have a cashier at the register. What's even more frustrating, Chris, is that they have a pick-up service, but it’s only available when it suits them. So what's the point of offering it at all? You should really talk to some of your friends about this.
The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that there is no long wait time, even during busy hours with two lines! The food was delicious, and I’ve always enjoyed the sweet tea.
I'm not sure what caused such a decline at this restaurant. When we opened one of our chicken minis, a bug crawled out—absolutely unacceptable! This, combined with consistently poorly prepared meals and incorrect orders in the past, was the final straw for us. We've been loyal customers for years, but it's clear things have gone downhill. We will be taking our business to the other location on Vets from now on.
Not a great experience here. Waited over 15 min for food after ordering and then went to enjoy our large fruit cup to find it barely half full. Sorry CFA but you lowered the bar today.
The drive thru method is terrible at this location. About 15 cars that were behind me got their orders before I did.. many had multiple bags of food. All I had was a milkshake... 1 milkshake.. that's it. For some reason, I guess my order didn't carry the same importance as the others. First and last time at this location.
