フィードバックを提供するI ordered in the subway app for comfort. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches. I had a special request on extra crispy speck and cut into 3 pieces. no entries were met. that's okay, people are human. my complain is that my speck was not even heated up at all! after I realized that, I thought I had to call and let them know that someone there obviously did not know to heat the speck. Of course, no one called the two times and let it ring until it stopped. I really hope the owners do something about this place.
Had to wait about 30 minutes extra for my online orders.
Somehow the worst subway I've ever been to. ordered online went in 10 minutes later and no one had started on my sandwiches. a child comes out and I sat down so they can make it. I ordered a veggie sandwich with every sweet except a cucumber and banana pepper. left 25 minutes later with a sandwich with nothing except avocado salate and tomaten. my other sandwich had no bananenpfeffer, no scab, no extra tomato and no avocado or extra cheese I paid. hardly a mayo on it. nice child who just wants to talk, don't make sandwiches. I will not go back
Person who made my sandwich was very sloppy while it and unprofessional. will not come back. the people and employees talked about emptied, while the customers were in tune.
This subway needs to get it together . I have been here twice now and they have been VERY slow and disorganized. Three employees could not handle the four customers that were there. My sandwich sat on the counter waiting to get vegetables for an uncomfortable amount of time while employees tended to online to go orders. My sandwich was cold when I went to eat it. Somebody needs to teach these employees how to streamline the process because this business is losing customers.
