フィードバックを提供するWe went here about two months ago. The atmosphere to this place is great. However the drinks we got from the bar were not good at all, and the food was pretty disappointing. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our food which was insane, thankfully our waitress who was really kind said we only have to pay for the drinks as I and the party I was with voiced our disappointment. She said she tried the food and also thought it was not good, the chicken tasted like tuna and was not seasoned at all. I’m glad at least the waitress was kind and apologizing for how the kitchen was that night. Honestly it might have just been new people training as the other reviews I read before coming here were good, maybe just bad luck for us!
The Flats is a great place to meet for drinks and an appetizer. Service is usually very good and there is a nice ambiance. The only criticism is that dinner entrées can be a bit hit-or-miss. Overall we always enjoy a visit to the Flats.
The food was the best on the Kenai Peninsula. The Pork Belly is a must! It was mouth watering, melt in your mouth delicious! The service was amazing and I will definitely be back!
Great food, great views, and great service. It's our favorite restaurant in the Kenai/Soldotna area!
Can't beat this place for service and ambiance. It has a great, rather upscale vibe but it's still cool to show up right off the river after a day of fishing. The menu adjusts based on what is available locally so I was bummed that I didn't have the lovely beet salad from a few years ago: . What we did have was really good. The smoked rockfish and artichoke dip for appetizer was very, very good. I had the chicken primavera. Considering all the other yummy things on the table I probably chose the least yummy off the bunch. It was still good: . It was lovely to enjoy a good dinner, glass of wine and great company. We'll be back.
