Dairy Queen - Kelso

The sign said they were open, and the hours on the door indicated the lobby closed at 9 PM, but when I checked at 8:43 PM, the doors were locked. I ended up going through the drive-thru for a couple of banana splits with some modifications, but both orders were wrong. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me a receipt, so I can’t go back to address the issue. On another occasion, while waiting in a long drive-thru line, they turned off the lights on the menu board. The rest of us who had already been waiting for 15 minutes were left without any options. This is really frustrating, especially during the summer on such a hot day. I'm definitely not a happy customer.
