Moo-lix Ice Cream Shop - Kelowna

Kelowna trip for 4 days and our group of 11 visited here 3/4 of the days. 10/10 would eat again. Great service, great pricing, great portions, great flavours. Even though some were out, alternatives didn't disappoint. Thanks if I could, would go there everyday ?

We came to this place yesterday on July 23, my friend who has a nut allergy picked the Canadian Moose, choosing this as it had no nuts as it mentioned on the flavour board. He’s only allergic to nuts, and he ended up having a allergy attack literally while he was eating the ice cream. We rushed him to a nearby hospital where they gave him an epi pen after he vomited constantly during the attack. He stayed there for hours at the hospital. This place is unsanitary or doesn’t include about what is in the ice cream ingredients which is incredibly dangerous since he could have completely died if we didn’t get him an epi pen. The man on the phone did not even decide to help us at all, absolutely unprofessional on the phone and didn’t even show any remorse for their mistake or deciding to fix it. Will never be coming here again or anytime soon and hope their hygiene can improve or hopefully the health department deals with them.

Amazing ice cream! And incredible waffle cones. My boyfriend and I have been to so many different ice cream shops, including Scoop’n’moose in Canmore… and this place is miles ahead of them. I definitely recommend!

Good all natural ice cream with many available flavors. Had a cup with 2 scoops. Portion was huge, maybe a bit too big for us.

Yummy ice-cream.These guys were closing still they offered to take my order and serve me with delicious ice-cream. Being an ice cream lover, thumbs up to their warm welcoming service. ??
