フィードバックを提供するThere use to be a time where ?light ice? didn?t mean ?light drink? too. I get protocol is probably being followed. But, 6$ for a good 1/4th off the top missing is annoying to see. Update. I ordered again without light ice and again a good chunk missing off the top. Second photo added just to show how inconsistent they truly are
I have been to many Starbucks across the US and UK almost every day for the past 10 years. Over that time I have seen their stores change. I like the coffee but it just seems that the level of service and friendliness has changed/is changing tremendously. But, I have to say that this Starbucks location specifically stands out as one of the most kind and genuinely customer friendly places I frequent. I go out of my way to go here. Definitely worth the extra mile or two for the service and smiles! The experience at this store has a feel to it if appreciation for their customers. Thanks for providing great service to the people like me who come in. You are appreciated!
Everyone can vouch one Starbucks drink will not hurt your bank account. But when you question where all your paycheck went and you look to see ?Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks? there is your answer. This morning was my cheat day as long as I got something small. An iced coffee $4. And some cents. The first thing I noticed about the brewesta working the drive thru this morning is her beautiful accent (me being of foreign decent myself you compliment unique qualities). When I got to the window she introduced herself as ?Lita? not to be mistaken with ?lisa?. She gave me my drink and with warm regards said it was on her, she took care of my payment. I just woken up but my eyes got watery not from the early am timing like my usual mornings. But from her sweet gesture, this review is for Lita.
Terrible Starbucks, Sunday 7/10 7 PM we decided to stop by in this store and buy drinks and snacks, I asked the barista to pls fix one of the drinks, the mango refresher needed a bit more fruit cubes, he rudely replied that a few more cubes are an extra charge because he 's been a barista for long time and that 's the way he always does it. I noticed that it was a waste of time crossing words with this guy and I asked to talk to the manager. She didnt came out to talk to me but she gave the worker the right instructions to fix the drink right away. Although the mgr didnt talk to me as requested she made the right decision, she quickly solve the problem instead of creating another one over a few berrys. I visit normally visit the Starbucks in the Keller/Southlake/Westlake/Grapevine area and this one is by far the worst of all.... I plan to visit this store one more time, maybe that situation was the result of a worker with zero customer service criteria or training...For now listen to the reviews, this Stbks is NOT Recommended at all...
I can't even express enough how amazing this starbucks is ! Thank you for making my birthday special. Try out my favorite drink , dragon drink with no fruit inclusions!
