Rooms: Room was great! Food drinks: Unfortunately, restaurant and bar was closed. We were very disappointed. Of course, the staff holiday .but we would have liked to have had the info in advance, as we were very pleased with the culinary cuisine. Then we wouldn't have booked. What can I recommend at the Grieshaber 's Rebstock? Don't know where to start. First of all, the hotel boss pair. There is rarely such a grounded family, despite the highest professionalism. What the two proactively do is only with 110% passion. Those who aren't totally enthusiastic and confident about going home have no earned to be a guest. Food, whatever it is, is just incredible. This quality is in its own right. And I met many hotels and restaurants. Bay you a room, no matter what, all have their own flair and motto. Eat there, drink there... stay in the summer in the dream garden there. But please, to have experienced it yourself, go and make yourself a picture of taste explorations and all the love that is in this company's family business.

The place is super cosy, and the rooms are really nice. Breakfast is really nice. Much better than staying in Strasbourg as it's cheaper and a great value for money. The breakfast is good too, very soft bread. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet
