Wendy's - Kawartha Lakes

My wife and I stopped in, 3 young girls ahead of us already ordered. They had like 4 people cooking, one on drivethru and the manager was taking orders and running food. The girls all had seprate orders to go, each custom so it was complicated. The poor manager was running back and forth, grabbing each item as it was ready and placing it in the proper bag. He even managed to take our order between sprints. Reminded me of Facebook's game "Diner Dash" lol. Anyway, the food was coming up very quickly, (thanks to 4 GUYS COOKING) and the manager was amazingly fast on his feet. so the scooby gang got their orders, and we got ours very quickly indeed. My hat is off to the manager's athletic skills but..... maybe a little reorganization of staff placement would allow the manager to manage, and the staff to serve. OH, AND, to the young lady that came on shift a little later with the heavy makeup and scowl.... We get it. You are Goth. You hate everything. However, i'm sorry hon, you are working in the service industry, you have to pretend to be happy. Just fake a smile, you might even get tips!

Located downtown lindsay, its a great place to grab a bite to eat, right beside the McDonalds, service is relatively friendly and it is hardly ever crowded. very pleased with the service.

As we travel from the cottage to :indsay for groceries we often have lunch at Wendys - my wifes favorite is the salad and I like the baked potatoe and one of gthe burgers. We find it good food at reasonable prices.

Wendy's in Lindsay is a very well run franchise, great food, clean and awesome staff. Lots of parking as well !

Stopped in for lunch. The service seemed slow, but we weren't in a hurry. I tried the chicken salad, with the apple, cheese and pecans, and it was so good! I usually like to get their chili cheese nachos, as I find it tasty. We usually choose Wendy's over the other chains.
