Starbucks - Katy

Two Americanos we're almost $8. It's just black coffee people! These back home are $2.50. It wasn't as good as in Winston Salem NC. But service was very good.

I’m from Seattle. I’ve been doing the almost-daily Starbucks thing for 10+ years. This location is a well-oiled machine. Their customer volume recently expanded because another local store is remodeling. They’ve been knocking it out of the park with efficiency- clear wait times, clear production plan. They definitely prepped a game plan and have executed it really well. And they never roll their eyes when I get my extra-long, annoying order. Also I’ve seen some people be pretty rude to staff (over some things that are not even in the control of the staff or Starbucks) this is a team that is well lead and I appreciate their effort. Kudos to Tyler, Ally and another girl with a super cool gold necklace but your name tag was hidden!

Super, super busy ‘bucks. They even have a gal working full time handing out orders in the AM and she’s doing so with style and grace. My order was correct, hot and timely.

I went through the drive through for an afternoon coffee. There were only 2 people in front of me and I waited 15 minutes. The coffee was good as usual but an unusually long wait time.

Was out of there pretty quickly even though they were down an espresso machine!
