Mcdonald's - Katy

Multiple times I ordered food with specific dipping sauces and they don't give me any. Also, I got drinks yet they keep forgetting to give me straws

Ordered $30 in food and didn't get any napkins. I guess I should have checked.

Fernando and the staff were very kind and nice, they had amazing customer service and helped us get fresh hot food and were very attentive to our satisfaction, for McDonalds I go to this McDonald’s will keep me coming back for late night cookie tote, Fernando need a raise, hell all of them need a raise, 1:50am and still 5 star service!!

Always cold food and un cooked fries and workers are rude and sloppy
