Chick-fil-a - Katy

I frequent this location and it lives up to the quality you'd expect from Chik-Fila. My only gripe is that there isn't an ability to circle around the building without having to get back on Westheimer.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, especially for chain fast food places, but I was truly impressed by the service at this location! They really brightened my day. I stopped by for breakfast, and when I got home, I discovered my order was wrong. Normally, I would just let it go, but I decided to call them. The manager answered right away and handled the issue promptly! When I picked up my replacement order this morning, they even included a little surprise. They really treat their customers like people, and I can't thank them enough for turning my day around! From now on, this will be the only Chick-fil-A I visit! Thank you, everyone!

Excellent customer service, warm and delicious food. The atmosphere is lovely. I truly enjoy dining here.

This location consistently provides an excellent experience. The service is outstanding, and the food is quite good. I especially appreciate that they offer flexible straws for kids. Many Chick-fil-A locations do not have this, which can be quite frustrating. It's great to see the management here considering families with young children by providing these kinds of straws.

The service here is excellent and always meets expectations. The chicken sandwich remains incredibly delicious. Although it can get quite busy, the service is still surprisingly fast.
