They offer a solid selection of sushi, starting from around $3, and they even provide the option of brown rice. I tried the tempura hand roll for just $4, and it was fantastic. The wrapper was soft yet held the rice perfectly together, the filling was fresh and flavorful without being overly fried, and the rice was cooked to perfection.

I was truly impressed with the new sushi kiosk at Karrinyup Shopping Centre. It's conveniently located outside the ABC store and close to Dymocks, with seating available around the kiosk for those who want to dine in. Generally, sushi in shopping centers isn't very good, but this place stands out from the rest. They offer a decent variety of sushi starting at around $3, with the option for brown rice. I tried the tempura prawn hand-roll for just under $4, and it was fantastic. The seaweed wrap was soft yet held the rice together well, the prawn was plump and flavorful—perfectly cooked without being overly fried—and the rice was just right.
