If I'm in the middle, I'll always go to dinner. organic high quality food at an amazing price. for gluten-free options and everything I tried was delicious. the place is also cozy and charming, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

So much fresh greens! Must try Stopped for lunch at Zest. Place looked very beautiful with healthy food options and some groceries to buy. No dagens lunch options though. Tried chicken bowl and dumplings. Both were good. Chicken was very juicy and soft. Bowl was with lot of vegetables and it was a heavy lunch. Dumplings size is big than usual, so order accordingly.

We arrived to Karlstad and the first mission was to find a healthy restaurant to eat. We discovered this wonderful place full of delicious vegan and healthy options. During our stay we went twice, we ordered the shrimp, goat cheese and vego-mex bowls. Their menu in English was very useful. I liked the shrimp bowl with mango ginger dressing the most. We also tried desserts, both were amazing and vegan: snickers and lime.

I just had a green smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. The decoration is beautiful too. If you want to give a healthy break, this is the right spot for you! Note: I tried my friend’s salad. It was good but if you’re not a fish lover, salmon might taste a bit too fishy to you cause it’s cold.

The place to go when they are some fresh, vegan (but also served huh). it's a small place, but it's the best thing we've had in Sweden so far.
