In the case of telephone complaints (last 5 minutes since the staff only looked out in the kitchen and had to remain happy with the boss, the delivered food could no longer get cold, it was already) refund of Paypal was promised within 5 days. Why 5 days??? The promised refund will not be made and will not respond to several written complaints.
