El Taquito - Karlsruhe

Unfortunately, as a celiac disease, I had a strong reaction to the food. Even if the Maistortillas are gluten-free and as such the whole card is marked, a completely gluten-free preparation of the dishes does not seem possible. Delicious is it and if you only have to give up gluten without having celiac, surely a good restaurant.

The place itself is nice - comfortable and cozy. The service is OK, very little English. The food is very average, but not even close to Mexican - looks like they have Indian chef in the kitchen...

The service was very good, nice waitress that spoke good english. The food was abundant and a bit expensive I would say but then again this is still Germany. Oily burritos and quesadillas and tasteless sauces manage to get us full bellies but a kebab would have served the same purpose. Bittersweet experience then.
