The food is fantastic! I will definitely come back to Ono because of the excellent cuisine. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick and delicious meal, as well as drinks with friends and family.

Their covid mask wearing had much to be desired. The servers kept pulling their mask down and not have their mouth and nose covered. Other than that the service was good and the food is delicious. I would go again but would wait to covid gets better

West Side offers drive-in food at sit-down prices. The menu is quite limited, with far less variety compared to most restaurants. While the food is decent, it doesn’t offer good value for the price. The service is friendly but very slow; we waited over 45 minutes for our meal. Quite frankly, you can find better tasting food, a wider selection, and much quicker service at most drive-ins in Hawaii, and at a much lower cost.
