Jamba Juice - Kapolei

You can't go wrong with a smoothie from Jamba! There's not much else to say, really, but I must mention that some of the flavors—well, at least they're exotic to me—are absolutely delicious. I can't find anything like them back in California. I'm definitely enjoying them!

I ordered a Primo Acai bowl that was topped with apple cinnamon granola. It seemed like they ran out of their usual granola and used some from Safeway or something similar, which made the bowl taste odd—almost like I was eating apple pie, which wasn't what I wanted. I would have preferred to be informed that they were out of granola so I could choose something else rather than waste my money on that. Also, I have to agree with another reviewer: the store has a strong, unpleasant smell inside.

The staff is friendly, and the juices are what you would expect. However, it feels quite warm and stuffy inside. Unfortunately, there is an unpleasant odor, similar to spoiled milk, which is quite off-putting.

Purchased 4 different Acai bowls in our order which are meant to be a thick smoothie consistency, not like someone's just got milk and cereal and served it up, which is what we got, 4 containers with runny liquid and a bit of fruit on top, can't even usespoons provided to eat them, could easily drink them with straws, we just threw them in the bin.... I honestly would notrecommend

I ordered Acai Primo not granola bowl. Hopefully you guys hold back with the granola from now on. I know we get inflation but I paid for an acai bowl not granola bowl. Overall the service was great though just the extra serving of granola I never askedfor.
