Gyu-kaku Kapolei

Although our server was polite, we had to stand up and try to find it twice to get service. in addition, our reservation was 8 o'clock and was placed at 8:10 o'clock. but at 8:45 o'clock our server asks us if we can submit the last call order since we ordered ayce. we should have 90 min to dinate for ayce, but in any case felt compelled to cut short!

We were the first timers in this restaurant and are so glad we left! it was both tasty eating as well as a kind of entertainment to prep it yourself. we loved the variety of options for courses and appreciate the help of such friendly employees to go through the process. the s’mores at the end made it perfect. we will definitely return when we visit kapolei again.

New lunch menu has bad meat cuts. it was fat and chewing. not enough meat in cut, cheap meat. I wanted Bistro-Harami, but never said I had a choice other than the terrible lunch menu. our good server has saved the meal for the experience with good service, but I will not be back for the new Ayce lunch menu. I'm better off eating kalbi for the price point.

Food was good but didn’t have everything on menu. There was a lot of dust on walls. Our server was fantastic.

Service by Ashley was attentive and friendly. The food was very good and came out properly paced so that one had everything they wanted without feeling overloaded. Dining was comfortable as you had enough room and diners were spaced out appropriately.
