I was very pleased with the efficiency of the takeover process. From the order on the phone, to the parking lot in the scheduled pickups, to go and pay for my order. CPK definitely has this. There was very minimal waiting time and the process was super easy. Customer service was also very friendly on the phone and when I went inside to pay. However, I was disappointed with the quality of food. My food was so boiled, it was unpleasant to eat. I was also disappointed with the size of the pizza. The pizzas were quite small compared to the price. Definitely not worth the price for this pizza because of taste and size.

Mom's 85. Bday party of 13.... I think our waiter was new... inexperienced or overwhelmed because he remained more than he served us... had to go to the counter a few times to ask for napkins... water... etc. I couldn't stay with us. Eating was fine, but some things boiled a bit... Mgr was attentive to our concerns... Drinking were great Margherita's n Sangrias...

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't compare to my previous visit to another location in Virginia, which was much better. My server, Sami, was pleasant and provided good customer service. The restaurant was pretty empty, so it was a bit frustrating that our drinks from the bar took a while to arrive. However, our food came quickly and was served hot. The only downside was that they had run out of regular peppermint, which I think is something a pizza place should always have on hand. All things considered, I enjoyed my visit and would be happy to return.

I found a piece of plastic in my salad halfway through eating it—definitely not the most appetizing surprise! I'm just thankful I didn't bite down too hard; that could have been quite damaging! For a $20 salad, I'm torn between finishing it in hopes of no further surprises or just cutting my losses and throwing it away. On a positive note, the food is usually good, and the cashiers and servers are pleasant. The location is great, too.
