This ice cream shop offers 100% organic, real fruit, handmade shave ice cream that is absolutely delicious. It strikes the perfect balance—never too sweet, always just right. I recommend going early and being prepared to wait at least 20 minutes, but trust me, it’s worth it!

The dessert is incredibly fluffy and delicious—definitely worth the wait of about 25 minutes. They use a hand-cranked ice shaver, meticulously layering fruit syrup and condensed milk, which is why it takes a bit longer to prepare. But trust me, the result is the best shave ice I've ever had! Make sure to arrive early, as they can sell out quickly. I was fortunate enough to get there just in time for the last batch of orders before they put up the closed sign at 3:45 because they ran out of ice.

It's amazing. Get the soursop. By far the best ice on the island, what can you say about this place that has not been said yet? Really the most fluffy ice, it's almost like fine snow. The flavors are so delicious that you want to try them all, but bmy favorite was the soursop. They have ice for extra, but I don't think it's necessary, it's fantastic. No matter how long the line is, it's worth it.

I read about this shave ice truck on a blog page and knew I had to try it. I love that they use organic ingredients. Getting to watch your shave ice be made is also super fun. I tried the strawberry and it was definitely the best I have ever had. Highly recommend trying it.

We waited about 50 minutes for our shave ice, but you can’t rush perfection. They hand crank the ice machine, they layer the flavors over and over again, and they top it all off with fresh fruit. Make sure you bring cash because they don’t take card, and make sure you get there early because once they are out, they are out. 100% recommend.
