Oyster 369 - Kapaa

Had the oysters, mussels, and clams. All were incredible, and I'm really not a mussels/clams type of girl. But I highly recommend stopping by this cute little restaurant!

Amazing oysters!! This place is a treat for me! I love oysters , mussels , clams, truffle fries , and more oysters .. yes it's expensive but too me it's worth it .. my bf complains of the price but I know he enjoys it and it's only expensive cause I eat so many. (4 dozen between 2 people I can't help it !! Rob is so pleasant and knowledgeable and has top Notch service, he is personable and makes you feel really welcome and comfortable.. so thank you rob If u read this ! .. I love that the oysters taste so fresh and also that they are prepared so well and u don't find little shell bits oh I hate that .. I rather pay this price for quality oysters then 2$ oysters like I had in Vegas which was so tasteless.. ok I'm done ;

Amazing food..... but our meal was completely ruined by the chef who inappropriately started shuting down the open kitchen which was situate only a few feet away from where we were eating. not only was the noise overwhelming and disturbing but the worse part was when he flame the oven . such a dense smoke took over the entire restaurant who seat only 13 peoples) they had to open the front door of this very small restaurant to disípate the fumes and the smoke.

Oysters were amazing and Brian was a fantastic server! Small seating area but there was no one there when we went on a Saturday night. Little pricey!

Amazing Tasting Oysters! I also had Crudo that was like a journey to the Mediterranean. My daughter had Tuna Carpaccio which she loved and I also appreciated the flavor combinations with the dish. I did not like that the restaurant was so small (13 seats total) and we were a party of 6 that only had the bar available for seating. I did not like sitting in a row not able to interact with all the others in my party. But by far the issue I had with the restaurant was that is was so HOT inside, with all tables full and the huge open oven there was no relief from the heat and the air conditioning on the wall did not appear to do any cooling. All that said, because the whole staff seemed to work efficiently in a very well thought out manner I would definitely recommend. Also, knowing the wait for ordered food is long... an amuse bouche would be a great addition to the experience!
