Wendy's - Kansas

Oh my goodness! They got our order right (coke and sweet tea) but the customer service was incredibly awful! She acted like we were an inconvenience, or worse, like we had just slaughtered her dog! I don't care what people look like (at least 20 piercings on her face), and I said please and thank you (I've worked in customer service so I try to be nicer knowing that they deal with awfulness all the time), but my gosh this person was terrible! No one deserves that attitude! Never will I ever … – show

I like their bacon egg and cheese biscuit also bought the potato skins breakfast and they're too much too many for me but they were good

Easy in and out using the drive thru. Biggie Bag is always a Big Hit.

More recently on Oct 26th, 2022 we got #1 meals, the Daves Singles were sad to say the least. They each had one very small piece of lettuce, tomato and onion on the burgers. Very sparse toppings indeed. Wendy's you can do it better than that. They were very busy when we went in and had a new trainee in tow, however they were able to fill everyone's orders and addressed a customer issue with ease. On the downside the Dave's Single had a little to much sauces on it.

The service was great. The peppermint frosty. Not good. Artifical taste. Do better.
