Wendy's - Kansas City

The staff that is very friendly and the food is really good and I think is a very good Wendy's I would highly recommended thank you for your time

Fries were room temperature and gummy, but I could imagine they were pretty good if they were fresh and hot. But I didn't get fresh and hot. Burger was not bad, and my order for onions actually led to a nice amount of onions! Low rating mostly due to disappointing pommes, how expensive only a burger and pommes were, and how (of course) undeniable the manager was when she took my order. Had been a number of years since I bought a Fast Food Burger, and hopefully will be a lot more before I do it again if that's what you get for so much money.

I visited shortly after some bad weather. They had all the main menu items available, but were low on condiments like sour cream for baked potatoes and packets of salt, which is understandable given the delivery disruptions. The reason I rated the restaurant 3 out of 5 instead of 4 is because they only had one register open, which is a management issue rather than a problem with food quality or value. Additionally, I think it would be much more convenient to have a self-serve drink station instead of waiting for the lone register attendant to notice when refills are needed.

This restaurant offers fresh food that isn't kept under a heat lamp. We often use their drive-thru to grab a meal on the go, and they have parking available while you wait for your fresh order, which is what we prefer. Typically, the wait is only about three minutes, which isn’t a hassle at all. The staff is generally very friendly, and the location is convenient. Plus, they have a menu that offers good value.

I visited this restaurant only once, but I had a great experience. The service was quick, and I didn't have to wait long for my meal. The food was fresh and served hot. The manager was very friendly and attentive to customers.
