Wendy's - Kansas City

Dirty restaurant, all inclusive of the etage is sticky. takes forever on the drive thru that they do not get right. I tried to go in today, just to do the doors, and they won't let people in. considering how dirty it is, I'm not surprised. will not return to this place again.

This location is horrible good luck actually getting in the dining room as it’s closed half the time when you finally find a day they are open the staff is unbelievably inept! As other reviewers have stated your order is all but guaranteed to be wrong the employees taking your order either act like mindless zombies or like they couldn’t care less about you, they literally stand there you can tell they are not listening to one word you are saying! You are better off going up the street to the Burger King, at least there the staff is friendly and they get your order right they are always open when they are supposed to be!

Dining room closed. No sign or anything to show that it's drive-thru only. Walk up to the door pull on it. Turn around and go back to the car. Watched multiple people do the same thing. Tried to give me the wrong order. Terrible customer service.

Do not offer dine but no sign just locked doors. We ordered ahead for dine only to find the doors locked.I proceeded to the drive thru and they couldn't find my order at first (apparently, they didn't actually tell me anything, after I told them it was mobile order and my name it was just silence until I asked if they found it some minutes later).

Order was placed on their app. When. I arrived I checked in and got my order at the window. It was hot and you could tell it was cooked to order.
