フィードバックを提供するWe wanted to eat, but unfortunately they were so understated that they had to close the dining room. we got Drive-Thru and the server was cheerful, but I could say that she was a bad customer away from a full remelting crying jag. she tried so hard. she was brilliant and I praise her and the others who worked on Friday afternoon.
I found the staff at this restaurant to be very unprofessional. The first person who took my card was silent and yanked it from my hand, while the second person who handed me my food seemed so miserable that I honestly thought she might lose her cool. It was quite an uncomfortable experience.
They allow you to order within their app but won 't let you to in to pick up or do curbside due to staffing issues . No one told us after waiting over 20 minutes in the curbside pickup for our food. When we called, a very rude manager told us that we 'd either have to pickup via drive-thru which now had 8 cars waiting, or cancel the order. When we wanted to cancel, she then said that since we paid in the app we 'd have to cancel it there but they put that we already picked the order up (we hadn 't) we ended up having to wait until the following Monday to call customer service to finally get a refund started. For fast food. What a joke.
I really wish these companies would pay their employees a much better wage so they would care to get the orders right. For the most part, the employees are plenty nice. The wage shortage just really affects this location’s service. Slow line movements and incorrect orders are not uncommon here. When the correct order is received, the food is always as good as any other Wendy’s.
The only reason I'm giving a 2-star rating is that they got my mom's order correct. However, the staff's attitudes were unpleasant. I asked for a root beer, but I'm not sure what I received—it tasted like some kind of diet soda. I wouldn't recommend this place largely because of the employees' attitudes, despite the order accuracy.
