Taco Bell - Kansas City

My friends and I visited this restaurant, and to our surprise, it was completely empty. There were two employees who seemed more interested in their phones than in assisting us. I was hoping to place my order at the register like any regular customer would, but...

The restaurant needs to update their menu, as it's misleading. If they claim to serve breakfast and display a breakfast menu, they should actually offer those items. If they don't serve breakfast, then they shouldn't include it in the menu at all.

The manager is fantastic and puts in a lot of effort. However, the staff's hygiene practices are concerning. They take breaks while still wearing the same blue rubber gloves and then return to their tasks.

Pros: 1) Quick service 2) The food appears to be well-portioned Cons: 1) The soda fountain seemed like it could use some maintenance, though it still functions properly.

At this location, the only way to order food is through the drive-thru. The line may look long, but the wait time is quite reasonable. It seems like they are thorough in checking bags before handing them over, as I haven't experienced any missing items so far. Keep up the excellent work!
