When someone orders a meal deal, and you ask What size drink do you want? and you are told I just want what the meal deal comes with , that means they want the meal deal at the posted meal deal price. Don 't give them a more expensive drink and thenact coy about it. Really bad customer service. Food was prepared well, store was clean, but that one issue is enough for a 2star

Called for the branch managers number and was hung up on. Whatvis wrong with subways unprofessional employees? This location and the barry rd location are unacceptable.

I just placed an online order and realized I needed to remove an item due to allergies. I tried calling over ten times but couldn't get through. I've picked up orders from this restaurant multiple times and had good service, but unfortunately, no one answered my calls today.

I had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant. The person taking my order was on the phone the entire time, using his headphones, which made it difficult for me to tell if he was even talking to me. I ended up having to explain how to prepare one of the pre-made sandwiches on the menu. Additionally, my mom's salad was not made correctly, and they ended up microwaving her cheese with the meat, resulting in a messy blob.

On October 4th, 2022, I arrived about 10 minutes before closing time and was informed that the restaurant was already closing, even though there were other customers inside.
