Sonic Drive-in - Kansas City

The food was excellent, and the carhop was fantastic. However, like many places nowadays, they are understaffed, so it took a bit longer for my meal to arrive. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

We waited over 20 minutes just to place our order. I got a corn dog wacky pack with fries, while my friend had two small chicken sliders with tater tots. It seems simple enough, yet it took an additional 20-30 minutes to receive our food, and it was cold when it finally arrived! This was an awful experience and serves as another reminder to avoid Sonic. Service: Takeout Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I want to express my gratitude to the staff and manager for consistently providing us with high-quality food, even in a stressful environment. We appreciate your hard work, especially during tough times. Thank you!

Server girl was nice. Burritos were wrong again. Bad chili cheese fries.

I will give this sonic a single star because my food was hot by the time it got to me, I showed up at 11:57 and pushed the button…. “Hi give me just a second” 5 mins later I push the button again and no answer, so I waited. About 3-4 mins later she took my order (a slushee and cheddar peppers) by this time it’s 12:06. I got my order at 12:25. You guys need to get it together. The order was correct but the service is terrible.
