Panera Bread - Kansas City

I took my daughter out for lunch and ordered chicken soup from this place. It's usually good, but tonight I received a cup full of broth. I'm really disappointed. The person who prepared my order made a poor choice. They must have known there was no substance to the soup when they packed it up. They really need to take more pride in their work.

This situation is great because it is not as busy as some of the others. it is fast and delicious. we usually pre-order what saves time. the orders are correct in the order. eating is fresh and healthier options are available. if they eat gluten-free, they can find something that works in the rule. they have new drinks that are delicious.

My family of six visited this restaurant for lunch, and we had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was prepared promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our soup, sandwiches, and bowls, along with our drinks. Everything was delicious!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude, and the bathroom was dirty with mold around the toilet, which makes it evident that a change is needed. While the food was good, I shudder to think about the state of the kitchen. Additionally, the prices are too high for the portion sizes; a large soup cost $7, and it only came in half a cup.

Made an order the night before pickup. The order wasn't available until 15 minutes after pickup time. They only had 2 souffles available out of the 3 we ordered and our bagels were cold even though we ordered them sliced/toasted. Only redeeming quality was that the employee we had was helpful
