フィードバックを提供するI recently spent $25 at this location, and I have to say it was a mistake! The chicken tenders were tough and seemed old; I can't believe they would serve something like that as food! The quality of the chicken was the worst I've encountered in a long time. When I spoke to the manager, she seemed aware that the chicken tenders were subpar. I wouldn't be disappointed if this location were to shut down, as the employees clearly don't take pride in their work. I won’t be returning to this place.
I ordered an 8-piece dark chicken meal and an 8-piece chicken tender meal. Unfortunately, all the chicken was hard and greasy, likely from being recooked or dipped in old oil. The mashed potatoes were too runny. The only redeeming aspect was the soft biscuits. Overall, the food was disappointing, and they consistently run out of dark meat far too early. I spent $51.27 on a dinner that was a letdown.
I placed my order in advance, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. The restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed, which made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. On a positive note, I noticed that the employees were working incredibly hard, and I feel bad for them given the circumstances.
I'm not saying all the one star reviews are wrong, but it's not the experience I had. My order was online. When I arrived they told me to pull through. Greeted me warmly at the window and immediately produced my order. Everything correct. Chicken wasfresh and falling off the bone. I won't tell you this was a life affirming experience. It was classic chicken from KFC. Hopefully what I saw was the norm and they turned themselves around.
Ordered online for pickup. Husband came to pick up, it was sealed up. And of course, they forgot our mashed potatoes. With gas at 4.37/gallon and workers wanting $15 an hour I expect my order to be correct. Went back to the location and no apology oranything. This isn't the first time they have messed up! I WON'T BE BACK. They have now lost my business.
