Kfc - Kansas City

I had to wait a bit for my food, and I didn’t receive any explanation for the delay. I was asked which sauces I wanted, but they never arrived. They also asked if we had paid, even though we already did. To top it off, my order was incorrect. There are definitely better KFCs out there.

I ordered the 8-piece extra crispy family meal and couldn't wait to dig in, so I had two pieces and some sides right away when I got home. However, there was something off about the taste of the chicken. Later in the day, I tried a cold piece, and it had a horrible rancid smell. It seems like the oil might be old or the chicken has been sitting out for too long. The odor was so foul that I ended up throwing the rest of the bucket away—what a waste of $27. I won’t be coming back again!

I've always been a fan of KFC, but I won't be returning to this location again. For the second time, I waited 15 minutes and still hadn't had a chance to place my order. I decided to try Go Chicken Go instead. While it's good chicken, it doesn't compare to KFC. I walked in, placed my order in under a minute, and less than a minute later, my three-piece dinner, complete with a roll, potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw, was ready for me. It's a shame. The owner or manager of this location really needs to address these issues or consider closing it down, as it's damaging to the KFC brand.

This dish was overly greasy. It seems like the person who prepared my food isn't very attentive to their work. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care. I found it nearly impossible to enjoy the meal because it was drowning in oil.
