フィードバックを提供するI ordered delivery, but unfortunately, they couldn't fulfill it due to their closing hours. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again!
The experience was somewhat complicated, though I don't blame the staff for it. I understand it’s a business issue. However, the hash browns were cold and difficult to chew. Given the restaurant's busy atmosphere, I anticipated a bit more attentive service. No hard feelings; it’s not personal.
I just left the restaurant and asked if they had two special types of donuts. The staff member didn't even step out from behind the counter—she simply said no in a rude tone for both types. There was no helpful attitude; it felt like we were bothering them! We also saw a car in the drive-thru where the employee didn’t want to assist with turning. Overall, the service was terrible. There was no suggestion of available donuts or anything else. That’s not the kind of experience I expected.
This morning we were here and have a dozen of the freshest donuts and our coffee was on site. I have been interacting for a long time. I'll be back when I'm in town. Many thanks for a pleasant morning awakening
It's Dunkin' Donuts so you know what you're getting. What you don't know is the staff are fantastic and they always give you great service. Very friendly and I would say faster than some of the other locations in Kansas city. The difficulty getting out of that parking lot and South back to the highway keep me from giving you the full five stars.
