フィードバックを提供するThe drive-thru service was quite slow. When we inquired about how long we should expect to wait, the cashier bluntly suggested that we could just go somewhere else.
Every restaurant can make mistakes from time to time, and fast food is no exception. Overall, the food is hot and delicious! I give this place 5 stars because every time I visit the drive-thru with my dog, the staff is incredibly sweet to her. She always knows when we’re approaching this Arby’s and jumps into my lap to say hi. Thank you for being so kind!
Today, when I visited the restaurant, the person at the register was on the phone. I noticed two girls sitting nearby, also on their phones. One of the girls pulled out her phone to show pictures to the other. Unfortunately, the employee behind the counter took their attention away while I was placing my order. The front doors were dirty, indicating that there was a lot of cleaning needed. It seems like there are either too many employees or not enough who are willing to work. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Open up to 10:30 clock online, open to 10 clock on the building sign. we went through the drive thru at 9:20 and they were closed. it seems to be a running problem based on the reviews. good luck!
Since y'all Don't want to answer the phone,The 12 times I called. Which is completely unprofessional and bad service!This was just 20 minutes ago!! I live 15 from this place. I ordered 2 roast beef and cheddar meals and they had no cheese when I got home! Hello! And not just that no Arby's sauce when I asked and was rudely told it was already in the bag. Spent $30 for an irate attitude!!Do not waste your time and money!They're lazy employees!
