Pizza Hut - Kankakee

It's been a while since we had Pizza Hut and we were expecting to be disappointed. We were not! Everything was delicious, if not a little greasy. On top of it all, it made my wife happy!

The manager was cool. The food was cheaper in Joliet. I don't believe I will be coming back here. Total lie way more expensive in Joliet. Lmfao

I did give a higher rating (3 stars) before I seen my card transactions. I was charged a higher price than what is shown on the receipt. It was a carryout order so I did not leave a tip. I will dispute it. But the presentation could have been better. The taste was meh. Nothing spectacular. I received ranch sauce instead of the garlic parmesan sauce that is suppose to come with it. I might have enjoyed it better if it came with the sauce that it was suppose to come with as I do not like ranch other than Hidden Valley. It had grease dripping from it so I really was not a fan of this. I would like to try the pepperoni pizza melt but it wont be for awhile. 12/23/2022 Went back for the same thing. This time I was given 1 pizza melt cut in half I will NOT be returning. At least to this location. Maybe I will give Bourbonnais Pizza Hut a try next time I am in the mood.

Picked up my order to find it was incorrect and then when went back to pick up the corrected pizza was treated rudely and told to call the 1800 number on the wall if I had an issue.

Over 90 minutes to deliver 16 wings, and he shows up without ranch.
