KFC - Kangaroo Flat

The food is always great in this KFC store, but I was so glad to see all the employees wearing masks tonight to protect themselves and their customers during this pandemic. Excellent trouble guys. Thank you.

I regularly travel to this KFC location from my home at least twice a month, and each visit never fails to impress. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and never rude. My orders are always prepared promptly, fresh, and hot. The hour-long drive to this location is always worth it, thanks to the excellent service provided by the managers and employees. Every KFC experience should strive to match the quality of service at this particular branch. I highly recommend and praise this KFC location in Kangaroo Flat. I come here for lunch or dinner about 5 or 6 times a year. I have never been disappointed by their food. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly, always asking what you want to drink with your meal. I always order a 3 piece box and have never had a bad piece of chicken, stale fries, soggy chips, or dry/cold potato bread. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick snack or meal anytime.

I had some fries at KFC, nothing too special but they were hot. The service was a bit slow, but hey, it's just fries after all. I live close to a KFC so it's convenient to go there sometimes, haha.

Staff need to listen to the order properly ... This is why someone at the other end gets mad and yells at you... Other than that. Was ok.
