For boiled bag places, this one is so far our favorite! The sauce is hands down the best! We got the regular sauce and it was spicy still but not too spicy although I could definitely see it being too spicy for some. It was jam packed with flavor!! I dipped everything it in over and over again. I even duped the down on the cob in it after eating corn of it, just to suck the sauce off it, it was that tasty! We got the snow crab bag. The sausage, crab and crawfish were all delicious. Rice was really good too. I would just pour sauce on the rice from the bag and eat it like soup.Plenty parking since it's located in a strip mall. Device was great. Our server was actually really funny. Food came out quick. Will definitely be back but we'll have to save up first because it's far from cheap but we'll work it! Left stuffed! Wife and I split one bag and it's definitely enough for two.

I loved the food and the ambiance from the inside. Very open and yeah the interior isn't connected to the mall for customers and large doors gets you connected right to the outside, no full coverage from outdoor rain. However, the food is really good especially the deep fried Twinkie with vanilla ice cream. The batter want runny or overwhelming the Twinkie. Just the service level really does depend on the person. We had met the main host who was off game bc they failed to take initiative to start a conversation with people walking in, yes even after we sat. The others were total 3 (2 guys and 1 girl) that helped us throughout the meal. The 1 guy was nice when taking our order. The other 2 were basically deadpanned visually from their faces actions as if they hated us asking for drinks. 3 stars for food, 1 star for the 1 guy who had his stuff together when taking our order.

Good food and a family friendly atmosphere. Always impressed with the quality of the food, decent pricing, and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Definitely recommend this place to my fam and friends. Big thanks to Ty for showing aloha and good service to my family and I during our visits. Also, don't forget to save space for the deep fried oreo and ice cream dessert!!! Winnaz.

The manager Ty was such a joy he made our dinning experience amazing. Our waitress was also very nice and checked on us frequently and made sure we were happy. Food was great and would definitely recommend this place. Big Island on the Hilo side would love to have this restaurant on our island. Thank you for such a memorable meal. Food was ?AWESOME!! Service was with a smile n always checked to see if we needed anything. If you like seafood, this is the place to go. 1st time for my family. We will return. Thanks for the AWESOME service ? Ty. Have a great day.
