Buono - Kandy

I recently visited Buono Café, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was terrible – the staff had a bad attitude, and it felt like they didn't care about the customers at all. I was greeted with rudeness, and they seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions. To make things worse, the food was tasteless and lacked any kind of freshness or quality. For a place that calls itself a café, I expected much better. Unfortunately, both the service and the food left a lot to be desired. I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant café experience.

They only need more options, but the ones they have is very good!

There is not much on the menu here. next to tee, coffee and juices there is a sweetburger, avocado toast and one or two more dishes. it even took the simplest order to get out. beautiful enough atmosphere and decor, but limited in terms of food options. the veggie burger and came as literally only a burger on a teller. no side or garnish of any kind. I found it a bit by chance.

Very friendly witness. a good place to hang and cool! the prices are fine, drinks are delicous. they put a lot of effort in the decoration, everything is very stylish. they can buy small accessories and the money goes to a project for children. great, came back a second time.
