Kanazawa Nanahoshi Curry

Amazing food! You can choose two types of curries on the same plate with rice and topping in between. The curry was delicious, especially the chicken and vegetarian one. Lots of nice spices and herbs. Definitely a tasty curry.

Delicious at a fair price. It is also English-friendly for those who have trouble with Japanese and at a good location if you finish/start with Kanazawa Castle Park or with the nearby museums.

Tasty curry and good service. The curry itself is more like a stew than a thick curry. I would recommend the set lunch, it comes with two choices of curry, a unique nut soup, some pickled vegetables, and a nice dessert. Website says their chicken curry is made without wheat unlike most Japanese style curries. Would double check if you are allergic to wheat though!

Worth a stop for lunch while in Kanazawa to experience the local curry style, I opted for the chicken style and I recommend adding some spicy punch it really gives it a really good kick. Comes as decent prices, the portion is good in rice and curry but small in meat pieces.

I stopped by for lunch after visiting the art museum, and I'm so glad I did! The homemade curry was fantastic—perfectly seasoned and offering a lighter, more refined flavor than traditional Japanese curry. They offer a large curry set that includes soup, a side, and dessert for just ¥1,000. I highly recommend it!
