Pizza Hut - Kanata

Update: Their new location just a few doors down and possibly new ownership has resulted in a much better product more in line with what the franchise offers elsewhere. So my words below are no longer relevantNot a good Pizza Hut location. I keep giving them a chance due to proximity and they never miss an opportunity to disappoint. I've tried Pizza Huts all over the world and this one is the second worst I've been too, narrowly edging out Northern Edmonton.Franchises are expected to duplicate company results to create consistency, this one can't seem to reach the lowest bar of taste replication with other Pizza Huts.Go elsewhere.. just about any place will be better.

Avoid this Kanata location at all costs! Delivery takes an hour to get cold and burnt pizza! I called to tell them the pizza was burnt, so they promised to send another one but that never showed up! They have no integrity and this location is run by those who do not meet Pizza Hut standards! Shame on the owners here!

Yummy. Always get that 10$ my box. Great deal great food. Order from home, go pick it up and it’s cooled down by the time I get home. Ideal for a lazy night.

I got a notification my order was delivered so I went to check and it hadn’t been yet. My driver waited for me at door despite me checking the box for contactless delivery and typing in the notes “leave at door”. I tried to tell him through the door to leave my order while I desperately tried to calm my dogs down, he still waited.
