Sushi Master - KALLAROO

The restaurant is conveniently located near the parking lot, and it has a clean appearance overall. However, the table wasn't cleaned properly, and I noticed a dead ant in the little bowl where the soy sauce is served. I ordered the salmon teriyaki bento box. The sushi roll that came with it was decent—not too thick—but it was cut too thin, making it slightly dry. The rice was good, but there wasn't quite enough of it. The salad was crispy and satisfactory. Overall, everything was quite good, and the chef was extremely friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone. On Saturdays and Sundays, they offer a sushi train!

The staff here are dedicated individuals who aim to provide exceptional service. If you're willing to give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!

We were looking forward to trying the sushi train, but unfortunately, it wasn't running during our visit, so we'll have to return for that experience. The train was quite long and could accommodate several guests at different tables. The sushi selection was good, though it could have been a bit more extensive. Having recently moved from Brisbane, where the sushi train had over 50 options, our expectations might be a bit high. However, compared to other places we’ve tried here, the variety was quite generous, and we were pleasantly surprised—especially since we had been a bit disappointed with sushi elsewhere since our move. Overall, this was the best sushi we've had so far in our new city. I hope as the train becomes more established, the menu will expand too. The place seemed brand new, and I genuinely wish them great success as a restaurant because we look forward to visiting many more times!

Love the fact the sushi train was closed tonight, means freshly made food to order and no food wastage!The chef was super lovely and even gave us some complimentary spring rolls. My salmon teriyaki was delicious and my son said the teriyaki chicken rolls were the best he’s ever had. We will definitely be back.
