Winchell's Donut House

When entering this winchell’s, I saw employee occupied with boxes. I stood by to order patiently prior to working this part time gig nearby. I had 20 minutes to spare to purchase donuts, drive, walk making it 2 minutes late due to the following: The employee ignored my presence. She stood occupied regardless of my presence. I had to tell her if she could help me because, I wanted to take donuts to my coworkers and I didn’t have much time to spare. It was until then that she still took her time to stop what she was doing to help me. I was the only sole customer inside. Then, as always I bring good luck to places, people started to arrive after me and I left in a rush to get 2 minutes late to my destination. Two minutes this employee delayed from my time. Next time, I will go to the other winchells on Florence Avenue or USA Donuts on Imperial Paramount Bl, Downey CA 90242.

They did not have what I ordered but still charged me before checking, very poor service workers were not helpful.

Been there 2 times and they have good customer service and the line moves fast. They have a lot of different drink options and even some food. I just got a coffee both times with a glazed donut. I would recommend coming early morning for fresh donuts.

Very understaffed, wait time its anywhere from 20min to 40min, and 50/50 chance to get your order wrong.
