Cassell's Hamburgers

Wow love this place. Only one bad thing. They said they don't make shakes and 10 mins later were serving others. Really bad to do that to people who came here for the first time.

It’s not open for 24 hours as it said. The burger was great, juicy and full of flavor. The French fries were horrible, it was soaked in oil and i couldn’t eat it. I didn’t get the quality for the price and the good tip i paid. Also try to order from a delivery service because it’s impossible to find a parking lot on the street

I have been at this restaurant for a few years, but the recent service experience was horrible. I placed an order for food through their website at 9 PM on 7/17/2024, and it was accepted. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:15 PM, only to be told by the server that the kitchen had already closed. The front desk server attributed this to a system error and suggested that I pick up my order the following morning. There was no notification of any delay on their website. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to pick up their food the next morning. Consequently, I requested an immediate refund. Despite his promise of a refund, I have not received it yet. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times, but they have not responded to my calls. Be careful with your online order. They will not give you back your money.

The service was so good that I think it would be a good idea to leave a large tip. It's better than the burger joints in Korea. I'm happy to eat a bland burger! Vegetables are basically provided separately. There are salty pickles on top. *Cola is bottled cola, and a lime ice cup is provided. I think there were Swiss and American versions of the cheese, but I didn't know much about it, so I chose the American version. *I am not good at English, so I paid a 22% tip. I was confused because I didn't know what to do in the sign box, but the male waiter who came to take the bill drew a smile on my face. So I drew a triangle-shaped nose there haha.

Great flavor and place. It was a pleasant restaurant, very clean and clean, and the staff were friendly.
