Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Papa murhys had decent pizza at a decent price that you cook at home. The place where it loses a star is the tip option forcing people to leave a tip. Tipping is for service they not only do not cook your food but they don't even have to clean up after you. The lost star is due to the fact that they pay a low enough wage that tipping is necesarry even though they are serving a packaged product. Fix your wages and stop trying to sell a position as tip based.

Super easy, nice atmosphere with nice people. Absolutely love the pizza they put together.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a pizza half (Artichoke, chicken and bacon) called them that there is no chicken I got did you order the red sauce) I don't know, for 5 years it's just what I ordered. Come home with pizza -no chicken- does the red sauce mean it doesn't come with chicken? Then they wanted me to bring the pizza back? It's 8:00PM my family is eating and I'm supposed to take the pizza back? Then they hung up on me. The point is you made a meal wrong, regardless of your argument, it's novice to do it right again and apologize for the mistake. Don't offer 3.00 for half the pizza you did right. It's tack! Run by teenagers, loved this place and I will no longer recommend any longer. HOORID customer service, no drive through and they don't know chicken much more cordial ways to talk to customers. This place is a #cancel

I was running 3 minutes late and ordered my pizza online. They were kind enough to pick up the phone after close and let me pick up my pizza!! I am so thrilled, it was for my birthday and my 3 year old was really hoping for pizza. I'm just so thankful! Such a great pizza place!
